Top benefits of coconut oil

Coconut oil has become somewhat of a fad lately.  It can be found on the shelves of just about every grocery store around since people have begun to discover this magical food item that sports so many different benefits.  Some of the major things that coconut oil can do for you are:

Like always, just because coconut oil and milk may have various benefits, doesn’t mean that you should over-do it.  Adding some coconut milk to your smoothie may be a good idea, but don’t go on a coconut milk diet.  It’s high in saturated fats and there is still some discussion going on concerning whether that is a good thing or not.  There is growing evidence that it’s not a bad thing, but you may want to be careful.
