Natural ways to reduce arthritis and joint pain

There are many things that a person can do to help reduce pain and inflammation in their joints.

  • Gelatin – A study involving 70 people suffering from severe arthritis showed a 97% recovery rate after taking 1 tablespoon of collagen per day for 90 days.  Collagen is not exactly the same as gelatin, but they both contain similar proteins and gelatin is much cheaper and easier to obtain.  Gelatin produces similar results for most people.
